Some of our treatments may not be suitable or may need adapting if you have certain medical conditions. You may also be asked to provide a Doctor's note if you wish to have a treatment.

Once the initial consultation card is filled out and signed it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health when a booking is made.
All client information is strictly confidential and treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
All of our tinting services require a patch test 48 hours before treatment. This takes just a moment but we ask you to call us for the best time to come in.
If you have not been to us for a tinting service or patch test for longer than 6 months another patch test will need to be performed.
Those under the age of 16 wishing to receive a treatment must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the treatment.
Under 5's are not permitted in the salon.
We are unable to perform treatments on children under the age of 10 years old.

New clients will be required to pay a 50% booking fee at time of reservation. This is to secure our undivided attention to you during your appointment which will not be confirmed until the booking fee has been received. We may also request a booking fee for appointments that last longer than 2 hours. This is refundable or transferable only when a minimum of 24 hours notice is given to change an appointment.
Upon booking it is helpful to provide us with a landline number, a mobile number and an email address for us to be able to send booking confirmation and appointment reminders.
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment please give 24 hrs notice so that we are able to reallocate your time, otherwise we may have to charge the full appointment price.
If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.
If you miss an appointment we also reserve the right to charge. Appointments must be cancelled via telephone.

You will be delighted to know that you can park right outside the salon.
It is helpful if you arrive a few minutes before your appointment time, especially if you are new, as you will need to fill out a record card. This also gives you time to relax and enjoy a drink before your treatment commences.
If you believe you may be running late a phone call is always appreciated. If you are late we may need to reduce the duration of your treatment.
We accept credit cards, cash and gift vouchers (please let us know at time of booking if you are paying with a voucher so that we are able to amend our records).
We DO NOT accept payment by cheque.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your booking or product is the price as set out on this website.
NOTE: It may be necessary for us to revise treatments, descriptions and prices from time to time without prior notice.

Please be respectful of other clients who may be having quiet, relaxing treatments and switch your phone off or on to silent.
We offer some of our treatments as courses at a reduced rate. These courses are booked in and paid for up front.
Course appointments missed or late cancelled, will automatically be deducted from course records.
