The latest treatment offering here at The Beauty Lounge is Bridal and Bridal party make up! This is a new service for us, but our lovely therapist Chantal, has been doing Bridal make up for a long time and is extremely talented at it (see below for pictures of weddings Chantal has already done the make up for). At The Beauty Lounge, we believe that make-up should be kind to your skin, mineral based, but still remain flawless all day. We use Jane Iredale 100% mineral make-up, which is gentle on your skin and has a minimal allergy risk. We stock the full range (which is also all available for purchase should you wish to top up your lipstick during the day) which means that we can create so many different looks, whether you require something natural or more Hollywood. If you would like false lashes, we can also apply these for you (extra charges apply). So, what is the process? We recommend that once you have booked and paid your deposit, you start collecting photos of make-up looks you like and email them prior to your trial. We can then get your trial booked in and create a look that you absolutely love! On the big day, you and your Bridal party will either come to the Salon in Salcombe or we will come to your wedding venue and make you all look fabulous!

As most of you already know, we are OBSESSED with skincare! Having clear and flawless skin on your big day will make you feel a million dollars, and this is something to start thinking about way before the wedding as may take some time. At The Beauty Lounge we offer the best of the best in terms of skincare and facial brands, including Environ, CACI and AlumierMD, as well as Advanced Nutrition Programme supplements to fix your skin from the inside out. Make an appointment and we will give you a full skin consultation and make a plan of action for in-salon and at home treatments to get you feeling and looking amazing.

We guess that after your big day you are flying off somewhere exotic? If so, it’s best to get “bikini ready” before so you don’t have to worry about packing razors. Regular waxing over time reduces the amount of hair that grows and therefore leaves you feeling smoother for longer. We would recommend starting your waxing routine around 6 months before your big day so by the time you jet off your skin will be smooth and hair free! Click here to view our waxing packages.

A lovely gel manicure and pedicure will get your hands and feet looking amazing for not only the wedding, but the honeymoon as well. Our range of Shellac and Gel Bottle Inc. polishes last up to two weeks, so whether you go for a traditional nude or you want something different with beautiful bright nails they will be perfect from start to finish of your celebrations.

Our obsession with skincare is closely followed by our obsession with BROWS. We just love them! Good brows frame and shape your face and it is important to get them looking perfect for the wedding. We recommend HD Brows for this and can work with you on a re growth plan if you start booking in a few months prior. HD Brows combine waxing, threading, trimming and tinting to create the perfect brow shape to suit your face. As well as this, a lash lift and tint are a great way of adding more definition to your eye area – especially if you choose not to wear false eyelashes (or if you do, we can provide these for you). Don’t forget you will need to have a tint test before you start these treatments, so if you are a new client book this in ASAP.
